This is not the first time that pharmacist Joby Nellickel of Walgreens in Bronx, NY, has received illegible prescriptions from the physician responsible for this Rx. Pharmacists have to continually call this physician for clarification. Nellickel called the physician and told him the patient?s name, and the physician immediately knew all the information regarding this Rx. What medication do you think is being prescribed?
