Stephen Shelton, PharmD, and Callie Chandler, CPhT, of Pharmacy Services of Winnfield in Winnfield, Louisiana, had to use various clues to figure out what this prescription says. Can you read it?

Rx 2: Pharmacist Vaishali Rawani and Pharmacy Technician Victoria Worthington were stumped by this scribbled prescription. Can you read it?

ANSWERSRx 1: Nexium 2.5 mg packets, 2.5 mg by mouth twice a day for one month
