Patricia Kienle, BSPHARM, MPA, FASHP: I think one of the things that has been done very well in revised 797 are some boxes of information that are in there. So people can take a look at how do things, and this came as a direct result of people asking for that type of information when they put in public comments to USP. I would really encourage people, every time there's a new or revised USP chapter that's put out for public comment, please put in comments, because that makes it much better. And when clinicians can have an input over how standards are written, everything's better for all of us because it reflects what we need to do. So I think the things that are most important, that people need to pay attention to, are certainly the facility people, but the monitoring both from a personnel standpoint as well as environmental for the facilities is what we need to make sure we have a robust program in place.
