Probiotics Help Speed Recovery From Common Cold

JUNE 11, 2014
Probiotics may help to reduce symptoms of the common cold, according to a review published online on April 29, 2014, in the British Journal of Nutrition. The results indicated that patients who received probiotics were sick for fewer days and missed fewer days of work or school compared with placebo patients.
