Cellphone Use. It got so bad at my pharmacy, we posted signs prohibiting it.

Rx Pics. Patients will show us a product image on their phone and ask where they can find it, but it requires a prescription.

Dr. Google. Enough said.

E-Scripted Narcotics. Physicians send the e-scripts early, so we have to schedule them. No matter how careful we are, something always gets misplaced. And, ironically, they create a lot of paper!

What’s bothering you? Bossy patients, abandoned prescriptions, drive-thrus? Pharmacy Times wants to know. Send your pet peeves to PetPeeves@pharmacytimes.com. We’ll add them to our ongoing published list. Share your Pet Peeves with Pharmacy Times today!
