Pet Peeves

Lost in the Ether.
I hate it when e-scripts just get lost in space. Then the doctor has to be called, and now everyone is upset.

Hmm, This Looks Familiar.
The worst thing ever is when I call and leave a message regarding a mistake on an eRx, they say they will call back but instead just send the exact same eRx again a few hours later. Deja vu?

Price Check.
I get a call at my independent pharmacy from a customer who is at a major chain pharmacy and asks me what cold medicine to buy because it is cheaper there!

Repeat Performance.
You call a PBM help desk and enter all of the information requested and when you eventually get a live person, they ask for it again.

Who, What, Where?
I hate when I get an e-script with errors and when I call the number on the script it turns out it’s for the wrong office.
