ClinicJOT

ClinicJot is a therapy management tool useful for brown bag consults or medication therapy management sessions, allowing pharmacists to keep notes on each session in a single place. It allows users to write or type notes, draw or write on photos, and draw or write on diagrams. Pharmacists can create and maintain records for each patient, and are also able to add information to those records as needed. The app is password protected, ensuring that private information contained in it remains private. In addition, pharmacists can create consent to treatment forms that patients can sign within the app itself, eliminating the need for paper forms. The appointment management feature syncs to iCal to allow pharmacists to view their daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. In addition, ClinicJot can e-mail appointment reminders to either patients or pharmacists, while also allowing images, diagrams, notes, and photographs to be attached for future reference. Reports can be produced for viewing on other devices as an Excel file or a pdf and can also be exported to iBooks, Evernote, or Kindle. A free version of the application called ClinicJot Lite is also available, but only a limited amount of patient data can be stored using it.
