Practiced prescription-readers will recognize the drug name in this script—the true challenge is the sig. Gheyas A. Iqbal, RPh, of ISAK Pharmacy, Inc, in Hollis, New York, was unable to read the instructions and had to call the physician’s office for clarification. Do you know what it says?

When the physician who wrote this prescription explained what he had written down, Natalie Brenneman, CPhT, and Cody Wardell, PharmD, of Gibson’s Pharmacy in Murray, Utah, were not entirely convinced. The drug name was easy enough for them to figure out, but the rest was baffling. Can you read the doctor’s orders
