Being able to start this business from scratch in a terrible economic environment and creating 60 jobs for an amazing group of employees.

Source of Inspiration
First and foremost, my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My wife Crissy, who believed in me and has been my rock and support since Day 1, and our children, Reid and Elle, who are our pride and joy. Also, my amazing employees who work so hard on a daily basis to take care of our patients and make our business successful.

Personal Philosophy
To live a life of integrity, treating others with compassion, humility, and respect. To leave a legacy by utilizing my talents. To make a positive impact on the people around me.

To set the industry standard in pharmacy compounding for quality, safety, and service.

Our compant has overcome our challenges through our willingness to change. We must not only find innovative ways to provide care, we must also be willing to change our mind-set and our model in order to do so.

My team. I have some of the best people in the business working for me. People who are committed to the patients more than the job. They have been the cornerstone of our success and innovation.

Personal Philosophy
I love to provide care to patients. It’s that simple. The more successful we can be as a company, the more care we can provide to those who need it.

Vision for Pharmacy
Pharmacists are going to become more involved with patient management. We are in the best position and have the best training to do so. Pharmacists are in a position to enhance outcomes and, more importantly, change lifestyles.

To have a part in continuing a pharmacy operation that was built from the ground up on exemplary patient care and customer service and, most recently, opening our specialty pharmacy.

Personal Philosophy
Remember the small things; an action that seems insignificant to me may prove to be a big thing to someone else. Additionally, always be aware of what is going on around you to be sure you do not miss an opportunity to serve.

Vision for Pharmacy
Basic hub-and-spoke approach to practice. The hub is the patients we encounter each day; the spokes are areas of diversification meeting special needs of the patients in the hub, bringing a higher level of care to these patients.
