Registered Pharmacist Denise Svoboda, of Stop & Shop Pharmacy in Middletown, Connecticut, was able to decipher what medication the physician ordered. The directions, however, were a different matter. Unable to make out the dosage, Svoboda called the prescribing physician's office for verification. Do you know what the physician ordered?



Enrique Puertos, PharmD, of Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa, Georgia, had a difficult time translating this prescription. He asked several colleagues if they could decipher this illegible script. A majority of the staff was unable to figure it out. Puertos called the prescribing physician?s office for clarification. Can you solve this mystery prescription?
