Enrique Puertos, PharmD, of Stephens County Hospital in Toccoa, Georgia, had a difficult time translating this prescription. He asked several colleagues if they could decipher this illegible script. A majority of the staff was unable to figure it out. Puertos called the prescribing physician?s office for clarification. Can you solve this mystery prescription?
