The interviewees are: James Kalus, PharmD, senior manager of patient care services in the department of pharmacy at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit; Cynthia Sanoski, PharmD, chair and associate professor in the department of pharmacy practice at Jefferson School of Pharmacy at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia; and Nancy Shapiro, PharmD, clinical associate professor in the department of pharmacy practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy.
