Pharmacists and Management of Hyponatremia in Hospitalized Patients

This podcast features a roundtable discussion on the role of pharmacists in improving care of hospitalized patients with hyponatremia at the 46th ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting and Exhibition, held in December 2011 in New Orleans. The discussion was moderated by Joseph Dasta, MSc, professor emeritus at the Ohio State University College of Pharmacy in Columbus, and included Michael Cawley, PharmD, associate professor of clinical pharmacy at the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and University of Sciences in Philadelphia, and Henry Cohen, professor of pharmacy practice at the Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Long Island University Brooklyn.
