Pfizer's generic subsidiary Greenstone Ltd was honored with the annual DIANA (Distribution Industry Awards for Notable Achievements) Award as the Best Overall Generic Pharmaceutical Products Manufacturer with Sales to Health Care Distributors Over $100 Million.

The DIANA honors leading health care product manufacturers who have "developed creative and results-oriented programs that set the standard for excellence in new product introductions and/or product promotions." The award recognizes manufacturers of pharmaceutical and consumer products that serve as models for leadership and innovation in the health care marketplace. As the winner of the DIANA award, Greenstone was cited for demonstrating the "flexibility and creativity" to meet the needs of health care distributors and its customers, and for producing "a product line and marketing plan that contributes to sales growth."

The award also recognizes Greenstone for high levels of customer service, the company's support of distributor promotional programs, and empowering its sales workforce to provide business solutions.
