Thomas Wells, PharmD, of CVS/pharmacy
#2521 in Hickory, North Carolina, had no idea
what medication was being prescribed with
this script. He made several attempts to decipher
the handwriting and even conferred with
members of the staff. When no one could figure
out this script, he called the physician?s
office for clarification. Do you know what
drug is being ordered?
Registered Pharmacist Lynne Pandoff, pharmacy
manager of Meijer Inc #123 in Southgate, Michigan,
was pretty sure she knew what medication was
being ordered. She wanted to double-check with
the physician?s office before filling the script.
The physician?s office returned her call later in
the day and confirmed her answer. Can you unscramble
this script?
