commercially available in the strength prescribed.

Registered Pharmacist Cecil Shern, of Cecil's
Pharmacy in Lehi, Utah, was stumped when this
prescription was brought into the pharmacy. The
patient was unable to provide any clues for this
mystery script. Shern called the prescribing
physician's office for verification. The physician's
nurse was able to unravel the mystery.
