Hydase (hyaluronidase injection, USP)

PrimaPharm Inc (San Diego, Calif) recently received FDA approval for a new drug application for Hydase 150 units/mL for use as a spreading agent to facilitate the dispersion and absorption of other drugs. Hydase is also indicated for hypodermoclysis and as an adjunct in the subcutaneous urography for improving resorption of radiopaque agents.
